Restrictions

• The transport boat has a maximum capacity of 12 passengers, while each banana boat accommodates up to 6 people. Two banana boats can be launched at once.
• Guests must be at least 5 years old to participate.
• Individuals with back, shoulder, knee, or neck problems are advised against participating.
• Guests should know how to swim and be comfortable in the water.
• A minimum of 6 guests is required for the tour to depart.
• Expectant mothers are not permitted on tours.
• This activity is not handicap accessible.

Additional Information

• Boat allows vendor to load and unload customers on and off the banana.
• Vendor uses Ocean Pro CWS Parasail Boat so guests in multiple groups may be transported with one another on the bananas. However, you will only be with your group on the banana boat ride.
• If weather is deemed by the vendor as unfavorable for this activity, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded at vendor discretion.
• Photo packages are available; please inquire when you check in with the vendor.
• Service and comfort animals are welcome on the boat.
• Parking is available on-site for a fee.

• $10 cancellation fee.
• 48 hours cancellation policy.
• If we only complete half the trip and the other half is cancelled due to rain, no refunds.
• Refunds will not be given if you do not show up or show up late, resulting in a shortened trip.
• Trips cannot be rebooked the day of the trip. Rebookings 24 hours in advance will be charged an additional $50 rebooking fee.
