Restrictions

• The shared transport boat has a maximum capacity of 12 passengers, while the banana boats have a maximum of 6 people per ride. Guests will be kept with or near their party, and two banana boats can be launched at once.
• A minimum of 4 people is required for this trip to depart.
• Banana boats have a maximum capacity weight limit of 200 lbs per person.
• A fuel charge of $20 is required at the time of check-in.
• All guests should know how to swim and be comfortable in the water.
• Service animals, comfort animals, and pets are not permitted.
• Children ages 3 and under are not permitted, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• All guests are required to sign a waiver on-site.
• This activity is not handicap accessible.

• If the weather is deemed unfavorable by the vendor, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded at the vendor's discretion.
• The entire time on the water is about 1.5 hours, with approximately 20-30 minutes on the banana boat.
• Photo packages are available; please inquire with the vendor during check-in.
• The vendor uses a CWS Ocean Pro to pull the banana boats.
• Restrooms are available at the departure location.
• Parking is available off-site for a fee.

• $10 cancellation fee.
• 48 hours cancellation policy.
• If we only complete half the trip and the other half is cancelled due to rain, no refunds.
• Refunds will not be given if you do not show up or show up late, resulting in a shortened trip.
• Trips cannot be rebooked the day of the trip. Rebookings 24 hours in advance will be charged an additional $50 rebooking fee.
